I went to Walmart back in February.  The new fancy schmancy  Blood Pressure machines are no installed.  I have been measuring my BP at Walmart for most of this century.  Results are always Great.  When I tell people my BP, folks ask me if I am on a very low fat diet.  I laugh

        I have a box next to my sleeping mat which I use as a little table.  The box contains part of a shipment of an herbal supplement I no longer use (Dandelion root).   When I awoke a while ago, I felt the urge to poke around inside the box - just to be certain the box did not contain any supplements I could use ( Read more... )

        Coffee is getting complicated.  So is moderating the coconut oil list.

        This post is an update & expansion of the info in my 2007 post, gift?  royalty?
