What the fuck is nicotinamide (NAM)? I had to go look that one up. NAM is Niacinamide. Why the fuck did they change the name? Or is NAM in common usage in countries outside the US? {SIGH} Idjits!

PDF files are a nice convenient way to distribute information. OTOH, I get annoyed and frustrated while working to extract the info in a form I can post here. It took me close to 2 hours to go from PDF to the post below.
