1. Houses. New house on the market today. It was flipped, however, which usually isn't a good thing. New A/C, furnace, water heater, however, which is. It's literally just across the street from us, which isn't a good thing either. But that's what makes it cheaper and less desirable; nobody wants to live here.

For the first time in my life, I saw a real body bag being wheeled into a truck not ten feet from me.
