Dang, my main character is not getting along with the person she should be. The only conversations I can write always turn into arguments. When I try to keep things light or nice, I just sit and stare at the screen, unable to write.

Why you gotta hate each other so badly? You're making my plans unravel!

These characters need grounding.

Today I'm off work, and I have vowed that in exchange, my day job is writing. MUST HIT 25,000 WORDS BY THE END OF TODAY!

Beginning: 16,484 words.

Taking a lunch break now. Currently at 21,284 words, so about halfway there.

Imagine doing this all day, every day. Imagine writing as the Job That Pays the Bills.
