Only reason I use Google Calendar is to integrate the schedules for various podcasts I watch into it, since it's the only calendar the podcasters use. Something strange is afoot. Got locked out of my Facebook account, had to make a new password. Also, got a warning that someone from the Claiborne,LA area tried unsuccessfully to log into my Google account. Made a new password there also, even though I don't use Google for anything "vital".

Ugh. Just got three emails in a row in Gmail meant for someone else. They were notifications from the "Indeed" job search website for an Albert Rodrigez in Temecula, CA. Mom had me Google info on the Browning pistol she bought in the 60's. Have a feeling I'll now be on the NSA's "list" as a result.

When I installed Google Earth last night, it also apparently installed the Chrome browser and automatically made it DEFAULT! This morning, as a result, had to go into my settings and put Firefox back as default. Them Google people are some sneaky bastards... gotta watch out for them!

This morning was day THREE of the Twitter and Facebook websites not loading properly (or at ALL). Decided it might be a DNS issue, so went into my router and put in Google's DNS. Sure enough, both websites came right up after I did that ( Read more... )
