I got a new popcorn maker for Christmas from Linda. It's nice, but it shoots kernals all over the place when it really gets going.... just like the old one I have. That's why I prefer doing it with oil in a covered pot. Also more gets done in our big pot.

I got weighed this morning and it's the lowest it's been... There was a little blip up last week but this week is lower than the one two weeks ago.... I attribute it to not eating too much... and popcorn.

Popcorn also has beneficial effects in my blood sugar, which has been quite low lately too.

Popcorn is a miracle food, I keep telling my wife.

Linda and Jenny are going to a concert in Newcastle tonight. It's Boyzone... which is a boy band from the '90's that Jenny used to like. Back then, they went to a few of their concerts here and there when Jenny was younger (late '90's). Jenny is now 34 ( Read more... )

Also still waiting to hear perhaps from the fish factory... so the meat factory delay may actually be a good thing.  The best scenario would be to get two competing offers... a bidding war !

Then again, I might end up going to the powdered cappuccino factory.

Or just stay home, make some popcorn and watch other people work on TV.

Yes, fairly serious.... with my wife.  With my dog, it's a bit more of a silly relationship.

To not grow up.
