Yea for travel and food

This was a good Saturday. Jeff and I ate two home-cooked meals together: crepes for breakfast and pasta with veggies and cumin for late lunch. Mmm! Then I ran much needed errands to the drugstore and library. I might have mentioned this before, but I love the local library. It has excellent selection across many genres. It even carries a decent selection of graphic novels! Today, I bought a book from their tiny used bookstore for $3, The Girl Who Played With Fire. Nice copy too. As usual after errands I went to the outdoor theatre to ASM (asst. stage manage) the play I've been working on most of the summer. Most of my job happens before and after the play, since we have to strike literally everything save the lights after each performance. The crew is fantastic. Somedays we have just 30 minutes to put up two flats, two door-frames, three areas of furniture, set dressing, and small props. The construction can take as fast as 20 minutes now!

My Singapore trip is in about a month!! The dates were finally approved by my boss at the arts center. Horrah!
