Just wondering, for all of the critics who slam romantic vampires such as the ones found in Twilight or Anne Rice’s Vampire Chronicles, do their criticisms also apply to female vampires? I mean, many of them wish that vampires could be ugly, monstrous, and big, hulking brutes, but does that mean that they include female vampires in that criticism?
