A has this cube thing that has different shapes on each side with little activities and such. It plays a song for the corresponding shape when it senses movement. I signed A up for Mommy and Me swim classes. The first one is Saturday. We actually have missed the first one, but they prorated the price so that is no big deal. We are in for 5 Saturdays of swimming goodness. I think she is going to be thrilled. I have a little swimsuit for her. I need to figure out how these swim diapers work before Saturday. A finally crawled today. After months of practicing, months of watching mommy make a fool of herself, and months of carrying on in frustration she finally did it. Can I say how much I cannot wait to have my degree finished so I don't have to deal with peevish college professors who think the world revolves around them? A started at her new daycare this week. The place is fantastic. I could not ask for a better situation. Monday's drop off went really smoothly. I felt really good about it. The teachers were really friendly and A seemed to be really at ease, no fussing. I felt at ease because they were at ease. The place gives you a write up of everything the kids ( Read more... )

It was unusually hard to drop the baby off this morning. I feel totally sick and depressed now that I am at the office. I'm not sure why today is getting to me more than the past three days. I know in my head I'll get used to it, but I miss her a lot. This sucks.
