Mommy & Me
I signed A up for Mommy and Me swim classes. The first one is Saturday. We actually have missed the first one, but they prorated the price so that is no big deal. We are in for 5 Saturdays of swimming goodness. I think she is going to be thrilled. I have a little swimsuit for her. I need to figure out how these swim diapers work before Saturday. I also need to somehow manage to a.) find a swimsuit for myself that does not make me look gigantic and b.) get over my self-consciousness about being in a swimsuit.
I have always hated swimsuits. When I was younger it was the thing to wear boxer shorts over your suit. Somehow I don't think I would be able to get away with that at age 29. Maybe I will get lucky and there will be other mommies with the pudge factor. I know it won't matter once we are in the water. Little girl is going to be in heaven...some place to kick her little heart out and splash til her heart's content. I'm excited!
The only bad thing is that it conflicts with the Diaper Gang thing we were doing at the library, but there are only so many things that can be done when your bed time is 6:30 during the week.
