worked out this mornin and felt like a tired homeless man... I didn't have much energy and kinda cut my workout short but it's all good.
Pullups- 16,14,14,12 (with a 25lb weight) 6,6
Pushups- 42,42,42
Crunches- 60,60
Dips- 20,20

thats all cuz I was feeling lazy... I hate workin out by myself, I can't wait to get down to basic and get my ass kicked on a daily basis by some guy in a funny hat.... OOO RAH!!
