Trained with other recruits in the delayed entry program. We tested out on pullups, crunches and running.
I did 18 pullups, 75 crunches in 2 min.(need some work) and 1 1/2 miles in 9:50, which is a decent starting point. Come October, I'm gonna be over 20 pullups, 100+ crunches and with the help of the Almighty, and 18:00 3 mile run, which is some serious haulin for a fat kid like myself.

p.s. i slept like a bear last night, i passed out around 7 and woke up at 9 the next morning bc of my alarm.... hoooowee it felt good, ive never slept that long in my life!
