I havent updated in a while, but fear not, I shall do so now.
I took a 3 hour bike ride on the trails in Massasoit and some cranberry bogs in lakeville, it was pretty sweet... there was a nice drizzle to keep me cool.
Then Tracy and I had this awesome plan of doing all these core exercises and some running but due to an abundance of goose crap at my high school track, we just ended up running a couple miles on the road.
and so ends another glorious day in the burbs of T-town. goodnight all
