I slept like a rock last night and probably will again tonight. I've had a busy day. I went for a workout at Curves. I don't remember when I last went but it had been a while and it was certainly evident by the analysis of today workout by Curves Smart. Today was another beautiful day; mild spring like temperatures and we didn't get the wet snow or freezing rain that was a possibility in last night's forecast. I didn't get stuck at the front of the house and was able to get to Curves for a workout. I did have to scrape my windshield though. I can't remember the last time I had to do that. The mammogram went well even though it was somewhat painful. Everything looks fine. I had blood work done to determine if I'm really and truly in menopause. Even though it's been more than 3 years since my last period my hormone levels say that I'm not menopausal. (as of last fall anyway) I should get the results next week.
