keeping busy
I slept like a rock last night and probably will again tonight. I've had a busy day. I went for a workout at Curves. I don't remember when I last went but it had been a while and it was certainly evident by the analysis of today workout by Curves Smart. I scored below my expected workout level on all machines.
After my workout I went to our new house and washed the walls in the entranceway/laundry room along with the baseboards and floor. Then I washed the areas where the old stove and fridge were. Tomorrow I will paint the entranceway/laundry room and the appliance spots in the kitchen. My arms feel like jello this evening.
When I got back home I washed four loads of laundry and placed a Stampin' Up! order for a customer that I received while I was away.
Yesterday the high in Edmonton was 22 C/71.5 F, today the high was 9 C/48 F. Craziness! Earlier the "s" (snow) was being bandied about by the local weatherman but the latest forecast doesn't mention it. I hope we don't get any more snow until next fall.
