Every year we see all our freshmen in classes of about 25 for 50 minutes. In that time, we pretend to teach them things about the library and its resources, while really aiming to introduce them to the idea that librarians exist and do not bite.

The past few days at work have been insane (Fall Faculty Conference always is), and to make matters worse I still have no computer. I've also been inexplicably exhausted recently - it's been a long time since I've felt the need to nap in the evening, but I've done it three or four times this week. MorningMy parents wake me up in the bathroom next to my bedroom, although it's almost time for me to get up anyway and I use it as extra dozey-snooze time. I ordered my camera on Monday. The SD card arrived yesterday. My camera still has not shipped. :(
