"I am not my [insert problem/fault here].
It is what is inside and what I do that defines me.
My intentions and my actions."

It actually helps me focus.

It's a very positive thing to be able to look at something that at one time would make you want to throw up and now gives you a feeling of pure joy (and a slight sadness).
