It has been 14 weeks since I last wrote.  Lot's has happened in that time.  There was the holiday season, which was great.  So much good food and good time with family and friends.  There has been the writers' strike, which has affected most of my favorite TV shows (I know it is an unpopular thing to say, but I LOVE TV).  Work has gotten a bit more ( Read more... )

I just did yoga for about 20 minutes.  I was watching it on TV.  I didn't do it very well.  I'm not nearly as flexible as I used to be.  I used to be able to do splits, back bends, etc.  Not anymore.  I should really start exercising more.  I really need a yoga mat because the carpet wasn't that great.  The "workout room" for our apartment complex ( Read more... )
