According to this, Department of Homeland Security representatives (the guys and gals who keep America safe) lost more than 200 weapons in a four-year period. At least fifteen are known to have ended up in the hands of "bad guys" (gang members, etc.).

This causes some confusion... Rather dangerous to be putting in your mouth, no?
