My usual rambling arcane trivia has dwindled of late - been stupidly busy at work again. I just got home from 5 days in Montreal, and on Sunday night I hop on the plane to go back for another 5 days. So silveryone came over to visit last night, and brought a hilarious DVD of The Wet Spots from the Vancouver Fringe Festival. We all sat around drinking absinthe and talking and watched the video. One of the reasons I love absinthe (besides the taste and some non-tangible benefits) is the ritual involved. Now there's a video on the web (here) that shows the ritual. Good stuff.

Well, my next destination's been announced. Looks like I'm going back to Germany - Frankfurt, to be specific.
