We just finished unpacking all the booze from the move, and I took the opportunity to sort out all the different varieties of absinthe (and near-absinthe, like Chartreuse) I have. Note that duplicates have been removed. There are 40 varieties here, but probably closer to 50 bottles in my cabinet.
