This week's challenge was to create a get well card for John Sheppard or write him a letter. Well, I couldn't keep it simple. I had to do a bit of both. We do whump him a lot so we should show the man a little comfort.

John Sheppard is having a hard day!  From the time he gets up to when he goes to sleep!  Nothing horrible happens, just annoying little things.  We all have days like that!
