Today I met another of my japan-guide friends, Aya. I met her at the bus stop at 2 and then she came over to my house briefly and gave me cakes that her little sister made and then we decided to go to Qanat, a huge department store about a ten minute walk from my house. So on Sunday after dinner I decided to go see Shimogamo Shrine cause it's a short walk from my house. I've been having issues posting pictures up onto Photobucket, which is the reason for the delay. So, today was a short day! Got up at 6:40 and had breakfast at 7. Then, Liz and I walked around Tokyo. From 9-12 we had teaching workshops - I went to the junior high one.
