So, I stayed late at work for a second time, because of serious lack of help. The other ad designer's on vacation and our boss left sick with strep throat, leaving me and the layout/booker. And then today the layout/booker'd dad died (like the poor woman isn't dealing with enough), leaving only me in the whole department.

So, my dad decided that he'd get me a region-free DVD player for our new apartment (since I have all the stuff from Asia and Europe n' all).  Sounds nice enough, doesn't it?
