Dead CD Drives

Carl's older tower computer is sitting in the living room now. We've been trying to get it connected to the net with a myriad of problems, and one came up when his CD drive wouln't even open, and now it won't even respond to any button presses or anything. This sucks, as his OTHER CD drive won't read or burn anything.

Wow, he was so unbelievably pissed. I guess now we need to figure in that expense. -_-
