Just watched the 2nd ep of the British series, "Year of the Rabbit". It's pretty funny though the language is quite salty and there are a number of slang expressions that I don't understand. Still, it's enjoyable and, at 6 eps (30 min each), there's a timely end in sight to the continuing story line.

I was inspired to post this by something I read recently on spikesgirl58's LJ. Although it may seem that all I do with my free time is cook ... I DO other things ( Read more... )

Thanks to spikesgirl58 for reminding me that this is the 50th anniversary of the premier of the Star Trek tv series. This is the first fandom that I was exposed to though, after going to ST conventions, and collecting a few bits and pieces of memorabilia, I'm not that much of follower these days.
