My kids are grown up and almost out of the house. Ms. KT is 20 and possibly heading to Georgia come September for the last half of her college education. We've had a couple of days where the air was a little warmer, and the scent was a little softer, and the sun was a little brighter. It has been very nice. And then it all went away this afternoon. Now it's just plain cold again, and overcast. It feels like snow to me, though I'm doubting I'm right.

Great news for my brother. He's doing much, much better ... so much better they're letting him go home early. Extended prognosis is that he isn't at risk for further strokes, in fact, they can't figure out why he had the first one. He has no blood clots that the doctors can find, and is in perfect health. [Edit: It's now 6:30, and the lockdown was on the news. Guess what ... a Cascade student called 911 and said someone had been shot. It was a complete prank. My information from the school district was bogus, and as much speculation as anything else.
