half-moon is next

Found out about my next new foster. I am going from the giant to the teeny. My new foster will be Nicky, who is a half-moon conure. She is supposedly a very nice, sweet and quiet bird, and is in her early to mid teens. Perhaps a little nippy if in her cage, but, fine otherwise. I don't have a ton of detail yet, but I know that the intention and hope is that she will be adopted before I will have to leave for Buffalo (late Nov, early Dec?). There is a class for prospective adopters on Nov 16th, so I think that is the "goal". Maybe she will go to it and try to charm herself a friend. ;)
