( CSA, not being believed, child custody, incompetent social workers, being accused of abuse because of being a victim )

I've been halfheartedly working on some kind of statement if The Case goes to trial. I'm expecting some kind of "how did that make you feel/affect you?" question.

( well... [cut for emotional 'trauma' and boundaries, plus reactions to assault] )

I just heard from the investigator handling my case. He said he's in the process of filing with the DA - does this mean it's for sure going to court, or is this the beginning of everything, or is this the middle of the road?
