Friday morning, I ended up purchasing a used dvd set of Margaret Richards workout videos for $35 (about $100 less than new). It's the basic "beginner" set with six 20+ min workouts, with a warm up/cool down for each. I've been busy this week. Among other things, I cleaned out the gym/office so we can start using it better.
