This afternoon it snowed inside. ACTUAL SNOW INSIDE THE BUILDING.

Ridiculous!

I had been persevering (FOR SCIENCE !!!) but as the snow flurries began to dance around me I gave it up as a bad job. I refuse to work in a building that can’t even function properly.

Further details: Friend in next block over says the alarm has been sounding since 11am so it's not running on a battery. I've rung the flat management, but they don't seem to care. It's not the fire alarm, the board is completely clear. It's just some kind of bloody alarm that WON'T SHUT UP.

I am "Working From Home" this morning as the agency have sent me a plumber round. Seems like they're finally getting onto dealing with the long list of "things that should really have been sorted before I moved in kthx". I'm pleased, really I am. If you drop something made of safety glass it doesn't break, it smashes into a million smithereens. Square chunky smithereens.

My floor is covered in pan lid. And I LIKED that pan! I bought it specially for this flat. It's the perfect size for individual pasta/rice portions.

*mourns the death of a well beloved pan*

Exhausted after spending all night attempting to quarry down through a mountain to find solid ground whilst scolding my fellow survivors for squabbling about the best way to remove the unstable ground between us and some unreachable goal.
