Got back to work last Tuesday, having pretty much gotten rid of the phlegmatic humours which plagued me. Work was work. Lots of PEBCAKS and gremlins, with the occasional actual interesting item.  In honor of the Swine Flu aka Hamdemic aka Aporkalypse, I made Pork with Red Curry on Thursday.

I overloaded, a tad.  There's a cold warning for tonight, so I harvested a bunch of peppers.  Probably won't dry them until tomorrow night, given what I've done today.  Pork Loin was on sale, so I snagged a 7-1/2 pounder yesterday.
