I am dying to get a laptop. The view from my window right now - I would show it to you but my pc is having a malfunctioning week - is a shower of baby birch tree leaves and we're finally, finally getting some real springtime warmth, and all I wanna do is write on my computer. Darn it.

I feel crappy because I woke so late that there were only tow hours of daylight left, and the sun hasn't been out in two weeks before today. Three days ago it was +2 degrees, tonight it's -20.
My poor kitty *crackles* when she moves and I can't pet her witout getting zapped. I hate the dry air we get through winter, especially during the cold spells. It messes with my nose and skin and hair.

Whoa,  -8'C. We have snow and everything. Though the first came in October, mind you, and it's been cold or chilly ever since. Beats last year when it was rainining for a month in November-December, real friggin rainstorms.

Oh WOW I wish you could see this. Got back last night from Easter weekend frolicking and woke late this morning , looked out, and the world was white, the air thick with huge snowflakes slowly falling and making everything look soft... it's still coming down, but sadly it's above freezing. It's been snowing on and off for several days, and today we had about 3 inches. It's just below freezing so it's that heavy, thick snow that might have you needing people to push to get your car out of the parking space, and everything looks soft and beautiful.
