It was a  great day when I saw cars with the license plate letters PWP and OTP on the same day. But I also really really liked this new one I just saw, an old little Volkswagen plated  ASS.

Yeah, that's a good one. I take my fun where I can get it.

It's raining. I got another 6 months paid on my LJ. I had acupuncture so shouldn't be typing with the sore arm and hand. It's been snowing on and off for several days, and today we had about 3 inches. It's just below freezing so it's that heavy, thick snow that might have you needing people to push to get your car out of the parking space, and everything looks soft and beautiful.  I'm freakin' distraught right now, because I've been downloading and marathon watching S1-2 of Queer As Folk, and of course that means I've greatly exceeded the limitations on my internet connection again, before I even got to ep 15. I love having my driver's license. It gives me such a sense of accomplishment to finally be driving on my own. It costs me, but I love having my car. It's old and slightly ugly but there's juice in it, and it's lowered so much in the front that it tends to scrape uneven ground but hugs the asphalt and I kind of like that it's not some little girly  ( Read more... )

I'm so pissed off. And worried. I haven't put insurance yet on my car, which is my car as of today, and therefore must have insurance im my name. The insurance company will hopefully be open tomorrow and nice so I can get it done first thing, cos there's a chance I could get fined otherwise.
