Brrrrrr!
This morning I was wishing for proper snow, and by afternoon I got it. Horrible nasty chilling wind too, -6 celsius, but snow! Let's see how much we get overnight...
I came home from school to a completely frozen-out apartment: forgot to close the 'french balcony' door properly last night and today it had blown open, leaving snow on my floor and everything freezing inside! I just hope my poor potted plants won't die, but they're right next to the door so I'm not hopeful. :(
At least the cats hadn't fallen off the rail or tried to climb down. Lapushka is now cuddled up in the knit sweater and fleece blanket I'm wearing, while her little sisters are curled next to the 'puter.
One of the best things about snow in the city is the light. We've had a truly crappy November: a total of 6,5 hours of sun in 30 days! Rain, rain, rain, and dark. Someone said we're getting -15'C this weekend. I really hope not, but I do hope the snow lasts!
