I have what I think is a realistic outlook on the world. For example, it has been one of my great frustrations in grad school that no one takes me seriously regarding my problems with math. I think I've mentioned this before, but I have gained a ridiculous amount of weight in grad school. I don't have a scale, so it's hard to say exactly how much, but I would estimate it's about 20-25 pounds. I went from a size 6/8 to a size 10/12. I sent off an application a few days ago for a job I am 99% qualified for.
