UPSTAGE
"There is no way you can make fun of my pants," Cain huffed as he pointed to the TV. DG sat up from her rather comfortable position of curled into his side and raised an eyebrow. She wanted to say something, but the look on his face only made her want to laugh.

"Look!" he said, pointing again to the screen. "Did they paint those things on?" She bit back a laugh as his face turned slightly red.

"They're dancers and it's a costume, Cain. They were being paid to wear those... Whereas... you," DG waved, "-wore them by choice."

SQUANDER
They'd been curled up together on the couch all afternoon. They'd ignored three phone calls from Josh, one from Sasha and answered one from Jeanie, inviting them over for dinner. For the first time in a very, very long time, neither of them did anything of use; they accomplished nothing.

At all.

Well, they did manage to set a record for the longest make-out session in the history of their make-out sessions. Not that they'd had many.

Still, both considered it a good day.

"I'm gonna have to watch this again, aren't I?" Cain asked, nodding to Gene and Cyd.

TROLLOP
"So, which one did you like more, Dear?" Jeanie asked, setting a plate down in front of Cain and taking her seat. He gave her a smile and shrugged. Both movies had their high points and low, but he couldn't really say he preferred one over the other.

Simon reached for the potato salad and chuckled. "I was always fond of Miss Charisse," he said with a wink to DG, who smiled as Jeanie rolled her eyes.

"You were only fond of her legs," she muttered.

"I'm surprised she chose the bracelet," Cain stated.

"Well, ill-repute usually wins," Jeanie shrugged.
