Wyatt blinked at the question, prompting Jeb to ask again. "Can she give you a goodnight kiss?" Wyatt fought the smile and leaned slightly to look at his daughter, who had once again ducked behind her brother.
"Only if she wants to," Wyatt finally replied, nodding slightly.
Jeb raised his eyebrows and twisted his upper body to look at Kenna. He said nothing, but Jeb's eyes narrowed and his head cocked slightly toward Wyatt.
Kenna took a deep breath before stepping closer to her father. Wyatt watched her for a moment and then winked.
Kenna grinned and kissed his cheek.
