Updates are good, I suppose.

I don't know why I don't post as much as I used to. Lately I have this aversion to sitting down at the computer and doing much of anything. I'll find a pattern or two on Ravelry, check my lj friends page, one or two other blogs and that's really about it. I'm quite boring. I read, I watch movies and t.v., and ( Read more... )

yay for updates! You were a busy shopping bee this weekend. I went shopping and got my dad's gift and my toys for the admin/medstaff toy drive. I got a couple Hannah montana dolls, a disney ariel doll and some matchbox cars. I spent $45 but its for a good cause.

hey have you updated your amazon wishlist recently? I am always afraid to check b/c I know you buy stuff a lot :D I got a couple different ideas so at least you'll get one surprise!

mmmmmmalabrigo is indeed yarny heaven.

there's lots of places online that sell it... I'm a big fan of Cathy at Twist Yarns of Intrigue. she works with me to make sure that I get exactly the colors and amt of varigation that I want and helps me pick matchy skeins for colorwork projects, etc :)

do you know about the malabrigo junkies group on ravelry? awesome bunch of folks who are VERY enthustiastic about malabrigo.

we're starting a colorwork KAL in Jan if you're itnerested :)

I usually don't order from places till I know they're responsive/good/have a good rep, if that makes any sense. So thank you for that rec, I'll definately start getting it from there. It's much closer than the east coast for me, too.
