Wow, I had to read this three times before I really understood it (first time through I was thinking we were in Dean's POV!). Totally worth it in the end, though. Too bad you posted in the middle of a DDoS attack, but nicely done!

This is amazing...the shift from thinking it was Dean to the rescue to a demon instead and Alastaire's back story. The point of view of the narrator works really well here. Awesome work.

I don't feel the creepiness has been fully explored of Lucifer revealing that Sam has been watched over all his life. This was a small step towards fixing that. :D
