Happy Birthday, shakespearechic!

I'm 90% certain I'll be going to StarFest in April, to try and catch in person, at least once, the elusive Katee Sackhoff, among other joys of fannishness and t00bery. The hedge factor is mostly because I'm not sure how many others will be going for room share purposes, but it kind of seems like everyone's waiting on that, right ( Read more... )

Eeeeee! I'm so there then. (I mean, it's ridiculously easy for me to get there. My plan was to go for one day if nobody else I knew was going but if I've got a few people to split a hotel room with, I'm happy to do that too)

(I am, however, only interested in, if I split the hotel, friday and saturday nights, as a caveat)
(depending on things it might be possible for me to put someone up where I am if they are staying another night but that's a big "depends")

Absolutely, same here. I was planning to only take Friday off work and go home Sunday. Yay!

Very yay! I've discovered that having now attended a con or two, I crave them when it's been 6+ months since I've been to one. Which is a little creepy (I think I just miss that one Dragon*Con when almost EVERYONE was there and it was awesome)

And depending on when the Con ends and when people's flights are, there's a nice downtown Denver area we can hang out at that is public transit-accessible from the con and to the airport and then to where I live.
