I'm going through similarly painful stuff here at 29, also dealing with loved ones's addictions and parents' divorce, and Al-Anon is the main suggestion I've gotten from several trusted people. You deserve support and that seems like a good place to start. I am looking up my own chapter here as well. <3 good luck.

Awwww hon, good to hear from you. I know I have support, I guess, but I think what I need most is some idea of what to do next. I'm sort of hoping that people's testimonies will give me some clues.
