• Taxes for 2010. Done and sent! Whoohoo! Got about the same refund as last year. Well maybe slightly less really. Most of it's going to the niece for her graduation anyway. Baw!

I've also been busy using the IRS calculator to try and figure out how many deductions to take for the rest of the year so as to reduce our refund to a minimum without actually owning anything. Yes, I've started the 2007 tax returns yesterday. Took our year end info from income and all that, and using that data. Yay! Still, might have to recalculate our full and partial days worked for that particular work deduction. Le sigh.

Seems our state return has come back, but not the federal one. This has never happened before. Usually it's the feds who come back first. Hoo doggies.
