Re: Doctor Who: OH MAN NO REALLY SERIOUSLY. I can understand actors not wanting to stay with the show because they want to do other things, but dammit, this generation of Whovians need a reliable Time Lord to grow with and not break their hearts all the time. For a while I actually completely stopped watching Tennant's run because I knew it was getting close to the end and he KEPT MAKING ME CRY. I AM NOT READY FOR MATT SMITH TO GO.

Sigh, I kinda wanna see Sherlock Holmes 2: A Gay of Shadows again, even though I've already seen it twice. Between Sherlock and reading more ACD and checking out some of the Jeremy Brett DVDs from the library I've been drowning in Holmes lately and I REALLY FREAKING LOVE IT.

I really need to restart my original canon re-read, and then follow that by Laurie R. King's Mary Russell & Sherlock Holmes "sequels". YES. And I highly recommend checking out the Granada-era Sherlock Holmes (I think it's streaming on Netflix still?) with Jeremy Brett and David Burke. Because Brett is FABULOUS and super sexy and David Burke is literally Winnie the Pooh in human form. I KID YOU NOT. His Watson is adoooorbs.

I've seen 2 episode of Granada Holmes and really liked them, and we have most (if not all) of that series on DVD at the library so woot.

(BTW, IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T COMPLETELY FORGOTTEN LIKE I SORTA DID, I'M WORKING ON NATCH RIGHT NOW.)
