Sleeping on a Cloud

A few years ago, well, about 10 or 15 actually, I decided that I enjoyed the comfort of my bed too much to stint on quality. Sheets had to have at least a 350 thread count, pillows (and there had to be quite a few) had to be comfy and head cradling, and there had to be plenty of blankets that were larger than the size required by the actual bed ( Read more... )

misc, no fucking sleep

Nah... tucking in the sheets on his side wouldn't work either. He'd just yank 'em up in the process of rolling towards you. Trust me.

We have exactly the same argument about the blankets. The only difference is that TallBoy now only occassionally blames me for the blanket thieving... he has determined that it's all the FuzzyBear's fault. Which it is, a little bit, since the Bear comes stomping up the middle of the bed, yanking down some of the blanket under his paws as he goes. It doesn't help that the beast then process to plop down and push his paws against TallBoy's back or stomach. That is, if he doesn't stomp all the way up to the pillows and turn around to stick his cat-butt in TallBoy's face as he settles in on my pillow.

The rivalry, it never ends...
