Monday workout: Check! 2 mile run, 1 mile walk. Sit-ups and half-assed girl style pushups. Important thing was that I did it!

Well, #2 would negate the goal of taking less time to get ready, would it not? :-) I do need a new vibrator though, and the good ones are spendy (~$85 each for the ones I want). Maybe every time I do good I get $5 towards the vibrator of my choice?

For #5 - I have this bad habit of getting home at 2am and then wasting an hour fucking around when I should have just gone to bed. Then I'm tired the next day, don't get up early enough to get important stuff done, etc. etc. etc...

i dont know about 2. but maybe something along the $5 thing would work.

flossing. i have found the floss forks sitting where i will see/use them is handy.

healthy snacks. well having them around is a start. find ones you really like. so you crave those instead of the bad stuff

internet. not a positive one, but maybe set a timer, say in the kitchen, that will continue to go off until you turn it off. set it for like 15 minutes, so you get the decompress time, but dont get sucked in to badly.
