Monday workout: Check! 2 mile run, 1 mile walk. Sit-ups and half-assed girl style pushups. Important thing was that I did it!

After reading an article about how to create new pathways in the brain and therefore new habits, I'm thinking up rewards that will help reset my dopamine responses to a couple of things. Rewards have to be semi-immediate and worthwhile. I've come up with one or two, but I need some inspiration... any ideas?

1. Working out - I get to have a glass of red wine with dinner.
2. Getting out of bed on the second snooze - ?
3. Flossing my teeth - ?
4. At 5pm eat a healthy snack, no candy/cookies - ?
5. No internet after coming home from a night out - ?
