New Roomate Ahoy!!!

I have a signed lease and rent check in hand. The original deposit has already cleared the bank. New dude moves in Tuesday, July 8th. He'll be here through at least January, probably longer. He's seems like a good guy and nearly reeks of normalicy - should be a good low stress roomie (crosses fingers).

SO FUCKING HAPPY!!!
