I'm sad I missed CMU Carnival! It looks like one of the bigger turnouts; it makes me a little sad to have missed it. But I've also been sick this entire week, and would've ended up flying sick to Pittsburgh, which I'm sure would've made it worse. I was literally out sick the whole week - I spent my week laying around the house failing to convalesce

I thought you sounded a bit sick. Here's hoping you feel better soon! I'm sure the dogs were glad to have you home though!

It was nice having the dogs around, too. Always nice to be like, "Hey, furry thing, get over here and let me love on you!" Also, my usual convalescence spot (the couch) affords me a great view of doggies in the window!

It's been far too long since I've been to Spring Carnival. Maybe next year I won't be recovering from a wedding....
