Do you think it's possible to believe in angels but not in heaven or hell?

I think so too. Just wondering what others think. :)

Sure, I do. I also don't believe in an actual "god" that these angels would ... uh, belong to? I guess.

I think you summed my position up also.

Well, I can't believe in either, but you make your own mind up what to believe, so I guess you can believe the universe is run by a Lindt chocolate bunny cartel if that floats your boat!

Don't tell me that the universe isn't run by a Lindt chocolate bunny! You're shattering the foundations of so many of my beliefs. Okay, so it might not be a Lindt bunny, but surely it's run by some brand of chocolate bunny??

A George Bush-shaped chocolate bunny.

It's possible to believe in anything.

Making a reasoned and supportable argument for your belief taking into account myth and religion would be another thing. But then, reason and religion don't often have much to do with each other anyway.

Angels might be okay, but let's not get into religion! That's just crazy talk.

All I know about religion, I learned from Ned Flanders. Oh -and that episode of the Simpsons with Richard Gere. That one taught me all about Eastern Philosophy.
